PrettyPhoto XSS fix.
Fix potential plugin conflict by removing the use of the ‘$’ jquery shortcut.
Fixed issue with undefined $video_url in header on theme activation.
Fixed id issue with sidebars.
Check for custom field in WP_Query to make sure the posts per page value stays consistent.
Remove the_content() from the taxonomy archive. Also, switch it to check for the custom field in the WP_Query.
Update content_width.
Updated sql file to use default theme options.
